GOMARR ACADEMY is a business & networking platform for all, especially those active in the food business industry to venture into food business, work professionally in hotels or cafes, restaurants or start their business from home.
GOMARR ACADEMY was established after the company's founder Rosemah Ibrahim offered to promote heritage cuisine through culinary classes. The program with the concept of Art, Science and Entrepreneurship is a culinary class that focuses on Malaysian Heritage and Plant-Based cuisine.The programme focuses not only on improving cooking skills, but to also upskill the participant to a higher level of knowledge and also to bring closer and even reveal how to become a food entrepreneur especially in Malaysian Heritage and Plant-Based cuisine.
GOMARR ACADEMY has been a member of the Kuala Lumpur International Education Consortium (KLIEC) and since then has been a driving force in Malaysian heritage cuisine. GOMARR ACADEMY is also registered with HRDF as an Accredited Training Provider and we provides Professional Certification Diploma in Malaysian Heritage – Level 4 and Professional Certificate in Malaysian Heritage Culinary awarded by London Examination Board United Kingdom, and Micro Credential Certification from UTMSpaceSB and IEMX.
GOMARR ACADEMY, is recognized by HRDCorp as an Accredited Training Provider. Our academy specializes in cooking classes with international certifications for two distinct programs: the Professional Diploma/Certificate in Malaysian Heritage Culinary and the Professional Diploma/Certificate in Plant Based Cuisine.
These prestigious certifications are granted by the esteemed London Examination Board in the UK. Additionally, our offerings encompass Micro Credential Certification provided by UTMSpaceSB and LEB. Osman bin Zolkifli
Tokoh Utama dalam Teknologi Retort dan Pendidikan
Osman bin Zolkifli, yang lebih dikenali sebagai ​BosRetort, merupakan seorang pakar yang ​berpengalaman luas dalam bidang teknologi retort di ​Malaysia. Sejak tahun 2019, beliau telah menjadi ​tenaga pengajar utama dalam kursus dan latihan ​teknologi retort untuk produk makanan dan minuman. ​Kepakaran beliau tidak hanya terhad kepada bilik ​darjah, malah beliau sering dijemput untuk ​mengendalikan kursus khas bagi agensi kerajaan, ​perusahaan kecil dan sederhana (IKS), serta individu ​persendirian, menjadikan beliau seorang pakar yang ​sangat dihargai dalam bidang ini.
Sebelum sepenuhnya mendedikasikan masa beliau ​kepada teknologi retort, Osman pernah berkhidmat ​sebagai pensyarah di Kolej Komuniti Jerantut dari ​tahun 2016 hingga 2021 dan di Kolej Komuniti ​Terengganu dari tahun 2004 hingga 2016. Kerjaya ​akademik beliau ditandai dengan semangat yang ​mendalam terhadap pengajaran dan inovasi. Beliau ​memainkan peranan penting dalam menggubal ​kurikulum Sijil Persediaan Keusahawanan ​TVETpreneurship di Kolej Komuniti, sebuah program ​yang direka untuk melengkapkan pelajar dengan ​kemahiran yang diperlukan untuk berjaya dalam ​bidang keusahawanan. Selain itu, Osman juga ​merupakan mentor kepada ramai pelajar Kolej ​Komuniti dalam pelbagai pertandingan produk ​inovasi, membantu mereka meraih pengiktirafan ​dan kejayaan.
Perjalanan Osman bin Zolkifli dari ​seorang pensyarah yang berdedikasi ​kepada pakar teknologi retort dan ​mentor adalah bukti komitmen beliau ​terhadap pendidikan, inovasi, dan ​kemajuan teknologi makanan di ​Malaysia.
